St. Joseph’s School (Primary section), founded and administrated by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Gorakhpur, is a private unaided, Catholic Minority Institution established in 1974 under Article 30(1) of the Indian Constitution. With view of extending its Educational services to the people of Gorakhpur, the purpose of this school was to provide wholesome facilities to the students which will enable them to grow in holistic manner. The school unit was inaugurated in 15 July 1974.
